As a Senior Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of shaping the financial landscape of a global technology and manufacturing leader. In this role you will impact the financial health and strategic direction of our company, contributing to sustainable growth and ensuring that our financial operations align with our corporate goals. You will work with cutting‑edge technology and be encouraged to think creatively to solve complex financial challenges and be a change leader for the finance department. Responsibilities
Ensure that all financial activities adhere to local and international regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support new commercial deals.
Monitor and optimize the company's cash flow, ensuring that it is sufficient for daily operations and strategic investments.
Implement cost control measures across the organization to drive efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures.
Oversee financial systems and tools to ensure accuracy, reliability, and security.
Lead, mentor, develop, and grow a dynamic, global team of finance professionals.
Must be a US citizen due to contractual requirements.

Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive finance roles.
Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
