Client Development Manager – Contract Recruitment
Range: $60,000 – $80,000 per year. Base pay plus uncapped commission with no threshold. Location: Financial District, Manhattan. Hybrid Working: 4 days in office, 1 day remote. Driving new business acquisition and expanding existing client relationships. Acting as a commercial partner to clients, advising on contract hiring strategies and market trends. Collaborating with our internal delivery consultants to ensure seamless recruitment delivery. Negotiating terms, managing accounts, and maximising revenue through strategic planning.
