Outside Commercial Sales Representatives
in our
Olathe, Kansas office
to excel in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will be self‑directed and experienced in cultivating both new customer opportunities and strengthening existing commercial relationships by selling services and installation solutions that include Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Parking Control & Revenue, Alarm Monitoring Services, and Service Programs.
Job Requirements & Essential Duties
Become a trusted advisor: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and develop strategic security solutions that win them over.
Hunt new business: Identify and qualify leads, generate fresh opportunities, and convert competitor accounts into loyal DH Pace customers.
Master the sales cycle: From prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, orchestrate a winning sales plan, showcasing expertise in every step.
Design solutions that impress: Translate client needs into effective estimates and proposals, ensuring smooth project execution and exceeding expectations.
Collaborate and communicate like a pro: Seamlessly work with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients, fostering strong relationships through clear and concise communication.
Bachelor’s degree (any field) is highly preferred, but not a requirement.
All applicants must possess a valid driver’s license.
