Responsibilities
Provide on‑site and remote desk side support for end users in an enterprise environment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Assist with system imaging, deployment, and configuration using tools such as SCCM and Intune.
Support user account setup, password resets, and access management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Troubleshoot issues related to network connectivity, AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) sessions, BitLocker encryption, and KVM switch connections.
Assist with Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment and compliance.
Document work performed in the IT ticketing system and elevate complex issues when necessary.
Provide user support for Microsoft Office Suite and standard business applications.
Help maintain IT asset inventory and ensure accurate tracking of equipment.
Support printer installation and configuration.
Perform system updates and patching under supervision.
Communicate clearly with end users to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Follow IT security and operational procedures at all times.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
1–2 years of experience providing IT or help desk support in an enterprise environment.
Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and networking fundamentals.
Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, IT Fundamentals+, or equivalent.
