Responsibilities
Ensure the overall health and security posture of complex network architectures.
Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders on organization‑wide IT strategies.
Lead and coordinate the creation and/or evolution of the enterprise architecture function or program.
Support all phases of design, implementation, proactive monitoring, troubleshooting of networks and related technologies.
Analyze network‑related security posture—firewalls, IDS, VPNs, security controls and policies.
Develop system specifications, architecture designs, integration, and test plans, and all relevant documentation.
Develop security assessment and mitigation strategies, maintain DoD Information Assurance compliance, and ensure service performance indicators are met.
Design and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, load balancers, WAN optimizers, firewalls, wireless controllers, access points, ISE, and IDS/IPS devices.
Work closely with Network Engineers and Network Operations to support continual improvement of the IT environment.
Assist in designing and implementing scalable network automation and managing complex deployment via automation.
Requirements
8 years of relevant experience.
CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Center, or Security.
Comprehensive knowledge of technical and architectural aspects of enterprise‑wide IT.
