We are hiring full?time Center Managers to lead and grow our flagship learning centers in the Bay Area. As the Center Manager, youll operate your center like a business owner with full support from headquarters and play a critical role in shaping students learning experiences, families trust, and the future of the Better Me brand. What Youll Do
Center Ownership & Operations Lead day?to?day operations and ensure smooth classroom and scheduling flow Build a positive and trusted relationship with families Monitor student learning and track satisfaction
Growth & Marketing
Promote your center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships Convert trial students into long?term enrollments Work closely with our Growth Team to focus on achieving center targets
Team Leadership
Recruit and train tutors with HQ support Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture Ensure team quality through feedback and coaching
System Contribution
Help pilot new systems, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvement Collaborate cross?functionally with HQ departments (training, curriculum, marketing)

Qualifications
Bachelors degree required Based in the Bay Area & available for in?person full?time work Strong communication skills Prior experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus but not required
