Finance & Accounting Analyst – Finance Operations

Job Overview
The incumbent develops, interprets, and implements financial and accounting statements and concepts, and prepares studies, reports, and analyses in areas such as budgets, financial modeling, forecasts, cash flow projections, and business forecasts.
Responsibilities
Perform financial analyses including budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling, with recommendations to management.
Assist in collecting budget, mid‑year forecast, and other financial information to provide profit and loss insights.
Develop and maintain financial statements using accounting and budgeting software, and report to management and the corporate office.
Prepare, analyze, and publish monthly financial rolling forecasts for appropriate management.
Maintain integrity of accounting and budgeting software systems by checking for errors and ensuring compliance with FAR.
Perform Government 533 invoicing and development of indirect rates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; business, finance, accounting or related field preferred.
Ten (10) or more years of finance or accounting experience.
Experience with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software.
Experience with Government 533 invoicing, indirect rates, NASA DRD, Maximo.
Ability to acquire and maintain government identification/common access card.
Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.
Valid Real ID state‑issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to successfully pass required background checks and drug testing.
U.S. Citizenship.
