Assistant Material Analyst – Grapevine, TX
Salary: $50,000 per year
Position Type: Full-time, onsite
Responsibilities
Create manufacturer orders and transfer tickets for each manufacturing operation.
Meet with Production Control to determine proper sequencing/priority of manufacturing operations.
Review and validate invoices from vendors before submitting to Finance.
Work with Buying team to resolve discrepancies on PO/SO/Invoices.
Prioritize and complete escalated customer backorders with warehouse team.
Build and maintain a positive work environment and communicate effectively.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
Support a healthy and safe work environment for associates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, SIOP, sourcing, and material management.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to handle large datasets.
Positive working relationships with internal customers.
Self‑motivated, able to work independently and follow direction.
Demonstrated end‑to‑end supply chain knowledge.
Experience with ERP and forecasting systems.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
