Aufgaben We’re looking for a
Website Experience Manager
who takes full ownership of our website as the central touchpoint in our digital customer journey. You’ll be responsible for designing seamless experiences, improving usability, building conversion‑optimized pages, and continuously evolving the site architecture in close alignment with marketing and product goals.
This role is key to how we present our brand, how customers discover and evaluate Placetel, and how we support them across their journey — from first visit to long‑term user.
Your Mission
Lead the
user experience strategy
for Placetel and related digital properties
Plan and evolve
site structure, navigation, and information architecture
Build and optimize pages directly in the
CMS.
Collaborate with design and content teams to
develop new landing pages , product pages, and campaign‑specific assets
Analyze performance data to improve
conversion rates, SEO visibility, and user retention
Own and refine our
UX/UI patterns , working closely with design and brand
Identify and implement improvements to
site performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
Ensure a consistent and high‑quality brand experience across the entire web funnel
Qualifikation 3+ years of experience in
website management, UX design , or digital experience roles
Solid understanding of
user‑centered design , information architecture, and A/B testing
Strong hands‑on experience with
CMS systems
and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Analytical mindset: you love to test, iterate, and make data‑driven decisions
Collaborative spirit: you’re great at working with designers, developers, and marketers
Fluent in
German
and comfortable in
English‑speaking team environments
