Territory Manager – Kestra Medical Technologies
Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is a leader in cardiac medical device markets, combining high‑quality products with wearable design to improve patient comfort and care.
Pay Base salary: $100,000 / yr (fixed). Uncapped commission and bonus potential.
Location Grand Rapids, MI (field role – frequent domestic travel up to 90%).
Responsibilities
Secure new business and manage a sales territory independently.
Develop and maintain relationships with cardiology professionals, including interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiac rhythm management.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and prepare business plans for senior leadership.
Provide product training, ongoing support, and reimbursement assistance to customers.
Maintain accurate sales data in CRM and adhere to Kestra policies.
Attend key industry conferences and events to represent Kestra.
Qualifications
5+ years of successful medical device sales experience in an outside sales role.
3+ years of direct sales experience in cardiology or related specialties.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Valid driver’s license with clean motor‑vehicle record; able to travel continually.
Strong business acumen, communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM.
Experience with hospital credentialing, DME processes, and reimbursement strategy is preferred.
