Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Department: PAR Analytics Team

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to support the PAR Analytics team. The individual will work closely with cross-functional analytics and business teams to deliver ad-hoc analyses, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making across various brands, with a particular focus on the Bone Business Unit. The analyst will be on-site in Deerfield twice per week and is expected to work autonomously, proactively addressing analytical needs and effectively communicating insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with analytics and business teams to fulfill ad-hoc data and reporting requests across multiple brands.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets (e.g., claims data, internal HUB data) to uncover actionable business insights.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other data visualization tools to support business reporting needs.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and insights using PowerPoint, ensuring clear and concise communication to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional analytics teams to align methodologies, share learnings, and support broader organizational goals.
  • Work independently to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for working with large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools such as Tableau).
  • Strong skills in data storytelling and presentation development in PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to generate actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to interface effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pharmaceutical, healthcare, or claims data analysis.
  • Prior experience supporting commercial analytics or brand teams.
  • Knowledge of data structures and reporting in large corporate environments.
