Senior Manager, Learning Technologies We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Learning Technologies to lead a digital transformation that will modernize how thousands of employees learn, grow, and thrive.
In this high-impact role, you’ll design and drive the strategy for a cutting‑edge learning ecosystem—including Workday Learning, LMS/LXP platforms, and AI‑powered learning tools—to create a scalable, data‑driven, and engaging learning experience across the enterprise.
You’ll partner closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to implement innovative learning solutions that develop leaders, build skills, and strengthen organizational capability.
What You’ll Do
Lead the transformation of the organization’s digital learning ecosystem, including Workday Learning, Workday Talent & Performance, LXPs, and other enterprise systems.
Develop and execute a forward‑thinking learning technology roadmap that aligns with business goals.
Build, inspire, and lead a small but mighty team focused on enabling learning innovation and performance.
Implement emerging technologies such as AI, VR/AR, and adaptive learning to elevate employee engagement and development.
Partner with stakeholders and vendors to integrate learning systems and deliver a seamless learner experience.
Use data and analytics to track effectiveness, measure ROI, and continuously improve the impact of learning programs.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Learning Technology, or a related field.
5–7+ years’ experience in digital learning strategy, instructional design, or eLearning development, including leadership experience.
Hands‑on experience with Workday Learning and Workday Talent & Performance.
Experience with AI‑driven learning solutions, virtual reality (VR) learning, and adaptive learning technologies.
Knowledge of standards such as SCORM, xAPI, LTI, and experience integrating systems across enterprise environments.
Demonstrated success leading technology adoption, change management, and continuous improvement in L&D.
Curious, data‑driven mindset and a passion for using technology to drive learning innovation.
