About the Role Fivetran is building data pipelines that power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the performance of our paid media programs with equal strength in strategy, execution, and analytics. As a trusted partner across the organization, you will guide digital investment decisions, influence stakeholders with impactful insights, and ensure our campaigns directly fuel pipeline and revenue growth.

This role requires a hands‑on doer who drives the performance of paid media programs by combining strong project management with deep analytical rigor, and crisp, business‑focused storytelling. You are the go‑to source for digital performance and ROI, working cross‑functionally to connect marketing investments to real business outcomes.

Location & Work Model This is a full‑time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA or Denver, CO offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in‑person collaboration, including two days in the office each week.

What You’ll Do

Lead the strategy and execution of all paid digital campaigns (search, social, display, programmatic, retargeting) to drive MQLs, pipeline, and revenue.

Drive the strategy and optimization of advertising landing pages to align messaging with campaigns, maximize conversion, and elevate overall digital performance.

Own end‑to‑end paid media analytics: locate data across systems, uncover trends, and deliver insights with clear business storytelling.

Respond quickly to high‑priority performance questions from executive leadership with executive‑ready summaries backed by source data.

Translate complex metrics into clear narratives and visuals that show how digital media impacts MQLs, pipeline, and revenue by segment.

Serve as the primary liaison with our digital marketing agency, guiding strategy, ensuring alignment, and holding them accountable to performance.

Collaborate with sales, product marketing, brand, content, and PLG teams to ensure campaigns are aligned to business goals and reporting is consistent.

Balance long‑term optimization with day‑to‑day priorities, juggling multiple stakeholder requests with clarity and finesse.

Skills We’re Looking For

Digital marketing mastery, including ownership of strategy, execution, and reporting for multi‑channel paid media and budget management.

Strong command of performance marketing data: extract, clean, and analyze datasets from ad platforms, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation systems.

Proven experience creating and optimizing advertising landing pages (A/B, multivariate, UX best practices) to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.

Ability to answer executive questions with speed and precision, backed by raw data and clear visualizations.

Excellent communicator who can tailor messaging to stakeholder audiences, including executives, and guide strategic decisions with data storytelling.

Hands‑on marketer proficient in campaign setup, reporting, and managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Collaborative spirit who builds strong relationships across product marketing, content, analytics, operations, and PLG teams.

External agency management: ensure alignment to strategy, hold agency accountable, and direct planning, execution, and reporting.

Compensation Oakland Pay Range: $141,257.14 — $176,571.42 USD
