Regional Sales Manager Foodservice (East Coast)
Location: Raleigh, NC / Charlotte, NC area
PURPOSE
– Sell and market Louisiana Fish Fry Products directly to operators in the foodservice segment through local foodservice distributors and foodservice brokers to increase market penetration across the East Coast.
Responsibilities
Identify and close new foodservice businesses by presenting Louisiana Fish Fry products to operators in the Eastern United States; direct personal selling to restaurants, cafeterias, caterers, delis, schools, hotels, casinos, prisons, etc.
Participate in distributor food shows and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers (restaurants, chains, distribution buyers, sales departments, broker reps).
Travel throughout the Mid‑East Coast markets, including overnight stays, to expand the customer base.
Stay aware of new restaurant openings and potential new customers.
Provide consultative selling and customer service to current FS operators to ensure maintenance for all current customers.
Deliver high‑quality customer service with consistent communication and quick follow‑up.
Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure high‑quality, food‑safe products.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the foodservice industry.
Strong persuasive, leadership, initiative, and communication skills.
Experience managing foodservice brokers to effectively grow sales.
Self‑driven, organized, flexible, and dependable.
Track record launching new items in the foodservice class of trade.
Willingness to travel into different markets for multiple days when necessary.
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and meet all Louisiana Fish Fry employee requirements.
U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
