Flex Agent – Residential Security Agent Location:

Employment type:
On Call / As Needed (Flex agent, potential full‑time). Non‑Exempt.
Pay:
$600.13 per day ($36.37/hr). Overtime paid in accordance with state law.
Responsibilities
Ensure overall safety and security of principals and properties.
Maintain knowledge of principal, property, and neighborhood activities.
Monitor property and area via CCTV, physical perimeter checks.
Monitor social media for potential threats.
Control access to properties and maintain security logs for guests, service personnel, and vendors.
Drive or tail principals, family members, guests.
Conduct advance work as needed.
Screen and track mail and deliveries.
Monitor weather, natural disasters, traffic, public safety incidents, neighborhood watch programs, local and national events.
Coordinate with site staff to accomplish common tasks.
Complete daily household tasks and maintenance as requested.
Maintain 24/7 operational readiness by stocking supplies and equipment upkeep.
Operate within SOPs and applicable laws.
Coordinate with and support executive protection element.
Opportunities for driving and special off‑site assignments.
Demonstrate proficiency in equipment use and maintenance.
Potential local travel approx. 5–10% of the time.
Flexible with overtime, night or day shifts, early/late.
Multitask in fast‑paced environment.
Stay vigilant while sitting in a vehicle or office.
Proactive problem solver, independent and team player.
Understand modern security tech (cameras, smartphones, collaboration apps).
Professional appearance and good hygiene.

Qualifications
2–4+ years combined experience in security, military, or law enforcement.
Valid driver’s license.
First Aid/CPR/AED for Adult, Child & Infant certification.
Current California BSIS Guard Card.
Current California BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit with 9mm endorsement (if required).
Physical Requirements
Patrol property and access areas quickly.
Capture and detain individuals if necessary.
Prolonged sitting (5+ hours) monitoring equipment.
Prolonged standing (4–5+ hours) without break.
Lift 50 lbs; drag up to 200 lbs.
Flexibility: bend, twist, stoop, crawl.
Respond to physical attacks, evacuations.

Detail Structure
Shifts: 12–12.25 hours.
Day and night shifts.
