Position Overview As an Options Technology Support On‑Site Engineer, you will play a critical role supporting options trading operations and technology infrastructure. Working closely with the client's technology team, you will ensure the smooth operation of the options trading platform.

Typical Job Duties

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client, providing on‑site support for all options trading technology systems.

Monitor system health and performance, conduct regular maintenance, software updates and configuration changes.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams and coordinating solutions.

Respond to incidents and service requests per SLAs, documenting incidents and resolutions accurately.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns.

Collaborate with development teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades, participating in testing and validation.

Conduct training sessions for client technical staff and share best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Device Deployment and AV troubleshooting.

Minimum 1–2 years of on‑site technical support experience in financial services.

Analytical problem‑solving skills, root‑cause analysis, and effective solution provision.

Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey technical information clearly.

Client‑focused with exceptional customer service; proactive in anticipating client needs.

Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Passion for innovation in the financial technology sector.

Certifications CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or similar certifications are advantageous but not required.
