We provide implants and full‑mouth restorations that literally change patients’ lives. Our top priority is patient satisfaction and well‑being. As a CRNA, you will work autonomously with our Oral Surgeon to ensure safe and effective anesthesia in our office‑based setting.
Employment Details Position: PRN (per‑request) Contract: 1099, independent contractor Schedule: 6:30 a.m. – first surgery at 7 a.m., Monday‑Thursday, predictable schedule Pay: $200+ per hour (market‑based) No nights, weekends, call, holidays Daily guarantee of patient volume

Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nurse‑anesthesia program
Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Current ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
Experience with dental anesthesia is helpful
Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full‑mouth dental implants in an office‑based setting
Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans
Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines
Perform pre‑operative assessments and provide patient education regarding options and risks
Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events
Stay up to date with evidence‑based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment
