As a member of the RxAnte Business Intelligence (BI) team, the BI Developer will be responsible for helping design and build the reports required to deliver RxAnte’s Business Intelligence and Reporting. Strong data modeling, data analysis, and report design experience is required. This role will work with the product and technical teams to translate project requirements into functional and non‑functional specifications for data models and BI reports. The BI developer will also work to debug and troubleshoot issues in the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards. Lastly, they will help develop detailed QA/UAT criteria and execute on the test plans.

Responsibilities

Maintain BI infrastructure and develop long‑term BI data and system architecture

Contribute to the development of new and updated BI dashboards

Take part in requirements gathering, logical design, physical design, implementation, testing, and deployment

Help create and implement platforms, data warehouses/data marts, reporting mechanisms, and business modeling that will scale with the company’s reporting capabilities

Work with the Product and Mosaic Pharmacy teams, as well as the Client Success team to determine BI needs and requirements

Work with the web application team to embed BI dashboards into externally facing platforms and limit results based on user access rules

Work with IT to deploy BI application upgrades and packages

Document systems in Confluence

Log work progress in JIRA project management software

Qualifications

2–4 years of relevant/related experience in a similar role

Bachelor’s degree required; major in mathematics/statistics, computer science, health services research, health policy, public health, or other relevant fields preferred

Experience with SQL and data modeling

Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI

Experience with administrative healthcare claims data is a plus

Strong communication, analytical, and data quality skills

Ability to document and work through requirements gathering

Experience working in an environment that utilizes project management tools such as Atlassian
