Responsibilities include executing Clinical and Commercial scheduling of patients and their cells, (apheresis starting material and drug product), from treatment site to Autolus manufacturing. Success in this role will require considerable initiative, proactive planning, real-time problem-solving, and a focus on exceptional customer service to ensure smooth operations and agility in maintaining dynamic patient journeys. Meeting these responsibilities will require close collaboration between authorized treatment centers and internal Autolus functions including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Clinical, Logistics, Commercial Operations and Medical to ensure that each patient visit and their CAR T-cells are coordinated seamlessly and effectively through their cell journey.The Specialist I/II, Patient Scheduling and Logistics will collaborate with department members and key stakeholders to achieve objectives in addition to function as part of the Patient, Cell and Logistics Management (PCLM) team within Product Delivery and Operations.

AutolusAssist Patient Scheduling provides live support from 6AM ET to 9PM ET, with after-hours on-call coverage ensuring availability 24/7/365.## ## Key Responsibilities* Execute Patient Scheduling and Logistics strategy to support clinical and commercial goals.* Manage patient cell journeys across clinical trial and commercial settings; leverage tools and systems to ensure accuracy.* Serve as interface between cross-functional teams, including commercial and clinical teams, authorized treatment centers, case management, manufacturing, logistics, and clinical operations, to coordinate patient and cell scheduling.* Coordinate and/or manage patient scheduling and cell management tasks from vein-to-vein:

+ ### Handle patient registration, consent, and screening

+ ### Organize logistics plans, monitor progress, and escalate as needed.

+ ### Communicate manufacturing progress with treatment centers.

+ ### Oversee the final drug product (CAR-T) to the treatment site and successful product infusion to the patient* Identify and resolve scheduling and logistics barriers.* Support internal projects or act as representative in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement within our department.* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to align timelines and meet expectations.* Support Cell Orchestration Platform use by internal and external partners; troubleshoot scheduling portal issues in real time.* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and written communication.* Ensure GxP compliance, patient confidentiality, and data protection adherence.* Develop, review, and implement departmental SOPs and processes.* Participate in internal and external meetings as needed.* Provide select holiday coverage with alternate days off arranged.* Share rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours operations.* Travel up to 10% of time.## Demonstrated skills and competencies### ### **E - Essential P - Preferred**Experience* Breadth of experience in clinical/commercial/healthcare logistics, supply chain or customer service experience (E).* Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to achieve results (E).* Experience working in Patient Scheduling and Logistics or CAR-T (P).## Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, supply chain, operations management, business, related field or equivalent experience (E).* Desired 3 years of experience in patient operations, healthcare operations or supply chain.
