You will be responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of the center.In collaboration with the Director of WSU Children’s Center, you will assist in the overall management of the Pullman campus Children’s Center. You will represent the Center on the Director's behalf, helping to build relationships between parents, center faculty and staff, and college and university departments. You will provide administrative oversight in the Director's absence, supervise and train staff, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, oversee facility safety, and perform other duties as assigned.**Additional Information:**This is a **full time** (100**%** FTE), **temporary** position. Overtime eligibility will be determined based on final salary placement. This is a temporary position that is renewed on an annual basis. and .**Required Qualifications:*** Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four (4) years of progressively responsible relevant experience, which has included at least one (1) year of managerial experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year‐for‐year basis. Education and experience can be tailored to fit the specific organizational entity/directorial assignment. Positions may require applicable licensure and/or certification.* Forty seven (47) credit hours of specialized college-level course work in early childhood education that encompasses child development and children’s learning from birth through kindergarten or Washington
