Global Supply Chain (GSC) Program Manager 2

to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Global Supply Chain Organization. This leadership role is located in office on-site at

Palmdale

or

Redondo Beach, California

.

This role is for a F-35 GSC International Program Manager and will be responsible, accountable and have the authority for the operational efficiency, strategy, planning and execution of GSC material and services requirements for the F-35 Program execution internationally.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Single Point of Contact (POC) responsible for management of GSC function to the International Integrated Product Team (IPT) Director

Owns the timely closure of assigned actions, projects, initiatives and efforts for GSC in support of the International IPT goals and expectations

Responsible for all GSC risks, issues and opportunities

Partner with the IP&S OU to resolve program level issues

Accountable for all Weekly required GSC metrics health, status and visibility

Accountable for the GSC shipping plan of all Germany Non-recurring items

Work with the GSC functional homerooms and establish the GSC training strategy, plan, facilitators and milestone completion status and health

Leads the multi-functional team to establish and execute a POCLs consumable strategy for Rheinmetall and responsible for the plan to transfer to Rheinmetall’s GSC responsibilities

Leads the multi-functional team to establish and execute a standard hardware strategy for Rheinmetall and responsible for the plan to transfer to Rheinmetall’s GSC responsibilities

Leads the multi-functional team to establish and execute an indirect consumable strategy for Rheinmetall and responsible for the plan to transfer to Rheinmetall’s GSC responsibilities

Leads the multi-functional team as the responsible GSC IPT and CAM for all cost and schedule requirements

Working with in-country (INCO) leadership, support the plan for the GSC INCO plan

Ability to travel international and domestic up to 25%

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, OR a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience, OR a High School Diploma/equivalent with 9 years of related experience as defined below

Related experience includes supply chain, project management, program execution and/or program management

2 years of experience leading a team, process, and/or projects

Experience in aerospace/defense industry

Ability and obtain/maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs

Ability to travel international and domestic up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in government acquisitions

Masters of Business Administration

Masters of Science in Supply Chain

International Business Experience

Agile training

Program management experience including strategy, planning and execution of programs

Experience directing multi-million-dollar programs

Primary Level Salary Range: $142,200.00 - $213,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
