As a Quality/Test Engineer, you will facilitate and develop new elements of APQP including process FMEAs, control plans and process flow diagrams.
Job Responsibilities:
Attend weekly staff and prioritization meetings.
Support and track recommended action from the process FMEAs.
Independent scheduling and lead APQP readiness meetings with manufacturing engineering teams.
Review and/or develop process capability studies and measurement systems analysis.
Create final production part approval documentation (PPAP).
Perform documentation and presentation at stakeholder updates.
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8-10 years’ experience.
Required Skills:
Ability to facilitate and create all APQP elements including Process Flow, Control Plan and Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA).
Excel experience.
PowerPoint experience.
Teams experience.
Desired Skills:
Prior automotive industry experience.
Soft Skills Required:
Ability to facilitate and host cross‑functional meetings in person and virtual.
Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.
