About the role We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and results‑oriented Senior Manager, Revenue Operations (RevOps) to join our rapidly growing software company. This critical leadership role will be responsible for optimizing the entire revenue engine, spanning marketing, sales, and customer success. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SaaS business models, technology stacks, process optimization, and data‑driven decision‑making. You will work cross‑functionally to drive efficiency, scalability, and predictable growth.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute

the overall Rev Ops strategy in alignment with company revenue goals.

Partner with executive leadership (CMO, CRO, CFO) on

annual planning, goal setting, territory design, and compensation structure

to maximize efficiency and attainment.

Identify and implement

key performance indicators (KPIs)

and metrics to monitor the health and efficiency of the revenue funnel across all stages.

Lead initiatives to

improve data quality and governance

across all revenue systems.

Process Optimization & Enablement

Design, document, and manage

end‑to‑end operational processes

(e.g., lead‑to‑cash) to ensure consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.

Drive

sales productivity

by streamlining workflows, automating repetitive tasks, and providing necessary tools and training.

Oversee

sales forecasting and pipeline management methodologies

, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the organization.

Manage the

contract lifecycle management (CLM)

process in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

Serve as the

primary liaison

between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT on operational matters.

Drive

cross‑functional projects

aimed at revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Own and optimize the

RevOps technology stack

(e.g.,

Salesforce CRM , marketing automation, data enrichment tools, business intelligence platforms).

Evaluate, select, implement, and maintain new technologies to support revenue generation and efficiency.

Act as the architect and visionary for core RevOps platforms, integrated platforms., managing integrations, customization, and user adoption.

Lead

business intelligence and reporting efforts for Sales & Marketing

, ensuring timely and accurate data is available for strategic decision‑making.

Qualifications

5+ years

of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical/operational role, preferably in a

SaaS environment

.

Deep expertise

in

Salesforce

administration, configuration, and reporting

Proven track record of designing and implementing

scalable, efficient processes

across the entire customer lifecycle.

Exceptional

analytical skills

with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.

Strong understanding of key RevOps concepts: lead scoring, attribution, sales compensation, territory planning, and forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Gong and) and their integration with Salesforce.

Familiarity with

Business Intelligence (BI)

tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

Experience in a high-growth,

$50M+ ARR

company.
