We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Quick Lane Manager to lead our fast-paced vehicle maintenance department. What You’ll Do
As our Quick Lane Manager, you’ll oversee all daily operations of the Quick Lane — ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a talented team of advisors and technicians while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise Quick Lane staff, including advisors and technicians Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing service team Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales and production goals Drive department profitability while maintaining excellent Customer Servicescores Ensure compliance with Ford & Lincoln standards and dealership policies Manage scheduling to balance customer demand with labor efficiency Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment Build customer relationships through communication and professionalism What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in automotive service management, Quick Lane operations preferred but not required Strong leadership and team-building skills Proven ability to manage people, processes, and performance metrics Knowledge of Ford/Lincoln service operations a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Why You’ll Love Working Here
