Recruiting for a 9‑month, full‑time, tenure‑track position at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin August 16, 2026. Applicants will be expected to: Develop an independent and externally funded research program in neuropsychology. Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in areas of expertise (two courses per semester). Supervise graduate research, including within our APA‑accredited Clinical‑Community and/or School Psychology doctoral programs. Contribute to departmental, college, and university service. Required Education and Experience
Ph.D. in Neuropsychology or a related field and evidence of a strong research record or potential for impactful scholarship by the start date of the appointment. Licensure or license eligibility as a psychologist in South Carolina within one year of the start date, with board certification or eligibility in clinical neuropsychology preferred. Preferred Qualifications
Research bridging brain and behavior, including cognitive neuroscience, clinical neuropsychology, developmental neuropsychology, or lifespan neurocognitive functioning. Research that complements or expands existing departmental strengths and collaborations with university centers such as the Institute for Mind and Brain, McCausland Center for Brain Imaging, and Carolina Autism and Neurodevelopment Research Center is desired.
