GY70030767**Summary of the Position:**You will lead and conduct tire modeling and computer simulation to help team’s design choices and predict tire performances to meet customer’s technical targets.**Job Responsibilities:**• You will develop new products tire following design standards, according to priorities and performance objectives agreed on and using experimental as well as predictive approaches.• You will learn, understand and apply the Global Design standards, best practices and Release Process.• You will identify and communicate any process and tool improvement items.• You will ensure product conformity to internal, external and legal standards.• You will identify, communicate, and lead any guidelines/standards & best practices improvement items.• You will coach others on guidelines/standards and best practices.**Job Requirements:**• You must have minimum of Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics or any related fields is required (Master’s degree in engineering, physics or any related fields is desired)• You must have computer design and modeling experience (catia V5, abaqus, solidworks…) with finite element analysis (FEA) experience desired• You have Product Design Experience is desired.• You have knowledge in Statistical tools (minitab…), basic programing (VBA) is an asset• You must have MS Office (World, Excel, Power Point).• You must have ability to define and execute projects within a muti-cultural team.• You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• You must have sense of responsibility, stress resistant and flexible.• You must be proactive.Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
