Now Hiring: Powder Coat Painter – 1st & 2nd Shift

Join a growing local production team where your skills and attention to detail make a difference every day. We’re seeking experienced Powder Coat Painters for both 1st and 2nd shift positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating to metal and other surfaces using standard application techniques
• Set up, operate, and maintain powder coating equipment
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
• Read and follow work travelers to ensure correct quantities and specifications
• Work efficiently as part of a production line, assisting in other areas as needed

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous powder coating experience required
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
• Ability to read travelers and verify quantities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Self-motivated and willing to learn additional positions on the line
• Team-oriented with a positive, dependable work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Standing for long periods of time
• Repetitive lifting and movement of parts up to 100 lbs
• Working in a production environment with exposure to heat and powder materials

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
