Recruiter Location: Within 15 miles of Culver City, CA; Compensation: $48K-$50K DOE + Commission

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple disciplines
• Partner with clients and team members to ensure the right fit
• Manage job orders from start to finish
• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience within a staffing company; full-desk recruiting experience strongly preferred; proven success in commission-based roles; must reside within 15 miles of Culver City, CA (non-negotiable); strong sales mentality with positive, energetic, and hungry attitude
