Title: Technical Recruiter
Reports To: Director of Talent Acquisition
Location: Draper, UT / Park City, UT or Remote
About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help scale Jumps engineering and technical teams during this exciting stage of growth. You will own full?cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and proctoring coding exercises, while building trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
You will be responsible for delivering top technical talent quickly and efficiently while ensuring a world?class candidate experience that reflects Jumps values. Beyond filling roles, you will help shape Jumps talent strategy, refine our recruiting processes, and contribute to building the foundational team that drives our AI?powered mission forward.
What results you are expected to deliver
- Fill technical requisitions (engineering, product, and related roles) with high?quality candidates who meet technical and cultural bar
 - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and interview processes
 - Build and maintain a pipeline of passive technical candidates through sourcing and networking
 - Proctor and evaluate coding exercises to ensure consistent and structured assessments
 - Improve recruiting velocity and efficiency by refining workflows, tools, and reporting
 - Represent Jump as a trusted, compassionate, and world?class recruiter in all candidate interactions

What You Have Done
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles such as software engineering, data, and product
 - Proven ability to source, assess, and close candidates in competitive talent markets
 - Experience proctoring and coordinating coding assessments for technical candidates
 - Strong relationship?building skills with hiring managers and technical interviewers
 - Comfort with using ATS systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or SeekOut
 - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
 
Preferred
- Experience recruiting in early?stage startups
 - Understanding of AI, SaaS, or fintech industries
 - Demonstrated ability to contribute to employer branding or recruiting operations projects
