As a Human Resources Generalist at Pinion, you will have the opportunity to engage in core HR operations while also leveraging data and systems to drive process improvements and strategic insights. You'll support the employee lifecycle while ensuring HR data accuracy, system efficiency, and meaningful reporting. This role requires a blend of empathy, initiative, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across core HR functions and act as customer support for employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Collect and analyze workforce data to drive HR insights.
- Optimize HR systems and support integrations with other platforms.
- Troubleshoot system issues and assist with new feature implementations.
- Create and update process documentation and user guides.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on efficiency, automation, and data-driven solutions.
- 1-3 years of HR experience; experience with HRIS administration or HR data analysis preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-directed work ethic, capable of working effectively without constant supervision.
- Experienced in using an HRIS system and Monday.com is a plus.
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data effectively.

Compensation: In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25-$30 per hour.
