Salesforce & Slack Executive Assistants are a team of experienced professionals supporting our top executives globally. These critical team members are strategic partners who keep executives and their teams focused on company goals while embracing the Salesforce Ohana.
Role Description
We are looking for Executive Assistants to contribute to the growth of our company. This is an opportunity to work alongside individuals united by teamwork, service, and excellence. Every Executive Assistant will use skills based on their executive\'s job functions, personality, and communication style. Core Responsibilities
- Manage day to day schedules to enable the executive to complete obligations in an organized, efficient way.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including team meetings, all hands meetings, off-site meetings, one-on-one meetings, meetings with team members and customers, etc.
- Proactively manage calendar priorities based on customer meetings, release cycles, fiscal calendars, current projects, team needs and Dreamforce.
- Book appropriate domestic and international travel within Salesforce\'s travel policy, considering visas, costs, and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with employees from other groups and senior executives inside and outside the company; recognize key players across organizations.
- Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and planning of other business-related meetings as requested.
- Other administrative and project duties as requested.
Minimum Requirements
- Hybrid work with in-office presence 3x per week.
- Minimum of 5+ years of applicable administrative experience, ideally from a global software organization.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and process in executing administrative activities.
- Experience setting up and managing virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Webex, GoToWebinars, Google Meet) and conference calls.
- Strong teamwork skills; ability to offer suggestions and improve processes; highly collaborative.
- Strong relationship management skills; ability to build a personal network across the company.
- Project coordination experience at an intermediate level.
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and external partners.
- Experience partnering with senior management in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Experience working with/in large administrative teams.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Meet); experience using Quip, Slack, Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.
- Must be in one of the listed locations and open to a hybrid in-office schedule 3 days per week.
