FASHION/APPAREL - Production Admin Assistant

Work location: In office, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Fabric support: Printing and matching fabric POs to receivers, and passing to accounting. Communicate discrepancies to Fabric Buyer. Organize and file fabric receivers. Enter fabric information into WIP report. Organize and maintain fabric header library.
- Production support: Assist in issuing sewing contracts and cutting tickets in ERP system as needed. Enter information into WIP report. Assist in issuing garment dye and screen print POs in ERP system as needed. Enter PO information into WIP report. Track samples by following up with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely sample ETAs. Assist with submitting garment testing for all customers; request testing samples from Tech team and prepare packages to ship to testing facility. Production coordinator to follow up and review test results.
- Technical Design support: Upload, rename, and organize fitting photos in the shared drive. Assist in printing pattern cards, cost sheets, and tech packs for fittings as needed. Organize and maintain sample library. Prepare sample packages by customer, send email summary to Sales, and pass package to shipping assistant.
- Costing support: Set up art codes in ERP system. Upload cost sheet into ERP system and generate BOM.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements
- Computer literate: Proficient in Excel
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Fast learner with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Great communication skills, able to communicate well with various departments and team members
- Appreciation and enthusiasm for a diverse and multi-generational team
- Must be able to speak and write in English
- ERP System: Redhorse knowledge is a plus
Education and/or Experience
- Ability to work in the US
- Ability to drive and have a reliable transportation
- Entry level position with growth opportunity
- Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour, based on experience
- Biweekly pay
