PCU- Registered Nurse (RN) 13 Weeks contract position
Location: Washington, DC.
Base Pay $65.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Requirements
Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program of study.
Current and unencumbered license in the state of practice.
BLS/CPR and NIHSS certifications required.
At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Background and drug screening as required by the state or contract.
Ability to read medical equipment and documents; may need to push carts and move equipment.
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds; walk up and down stairs; position patients; walk long distances; stand for prolonged periods.
CPR required by client facility; health and screening tests per specific facilities.
Responsibilities
Provide general care services including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing and health care plans.
Perform health screenings of patients or clients.
Respond to emergency healthcare needs.
Collect and record data regarding health status.
Administer medications/treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners.
Perform other duties as assigned; duties may vary by department.
Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
Comply with accepted ethical conduct and professional standards of nursing practice.
Provide patient care in a non‑judgmental, non‑discriminatory manner considering cultural diversity and age appropriateness.
