Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Infrastructure Precast Logistics is an equal opportunity at‑will employer seeking a motivated and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our growing team. This full‑time position will be on‑site at our Beaver Dam, KY location.
Duties and responsibilities
Responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s finances including Controller duties
Able to provide financial recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Shareholders.
Responsible for strategic planning, risk management, and execution of short and longterm company goals.
Develop and maintain budgets, forecasting, strategy development, oversight of all accounting functions, including receivables and payables.
Accurate financial reporting, regulation compliance, risk mitigation, capital allocation
Monitor and report on all financial metrics, including overall financial performance analysis, in order to identify areas of improvement.
Analysis of potential investment or acquisition opportunities, including preparation for acquisition
Work closely with other managers and leadership to develop and execute strategic plans.
Able to communicate with corporate officers, Board of Directors, shareholders, and external financial auditors.
Manage contracts of external financial auditors.
Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.
MBA or Master’s in Finance degree preferred.
CPA or CMA designation preferred.
Minimum 510 years progressive experience in accounting or financial management
Prior leadership in a Controller and/or CFO role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction industry.
Experience managing external auditors and oversight for regulatory compliance
Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (i.e. QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problemsolving skills
Able to communicate with all levels within the organization
Strong decision making and analytical skills
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
