Director of Data Intelligence
is responsible for leading the organizations data intelligence initiatives. The role oversees the collection, processing, analysis, and visualization of data to drive informed business decisions. It involves developing and implementing data strategies, managing a team of data professionals, and collaborating with various departments to leverage data insights for improving business performance, optimizing processes, and identifying new opportunities. Key Responsibilities Data Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive data intelligence strategy aligned with the organizations overall goals. Data Collection: Oversee the gathering of data from diverse sources, including databases, CRM systems, web analytics, social media, and other relevant channels. Data Processing and Quality: Establish and maintain processes for data cleaning, transformation, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Data Analysis and Insights: Lead the application of statistical techniques, data mining, machine learning, and other analytical methods to identify patterns, trends, and relationships within the data. Data Visualization and Reporting: Direct the creation of visual representations of data, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Actionable Insights and Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business performance, optimize processes, and support strategic decision?making. Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, data scientists, and other data professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross?functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data?driven solutions. Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Technology and Tools: Evaluate and recommend data intelligence technologies and tools to enhance data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization capabilities. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and establish data governance policies and procedures to protect data assets.
