What You’ll Do

Work with customers directly to identify, document, and publish reports tracking technical issues requiring response, managing customer responsiveness expectations.

Lead frequent communication with customers and engineering team members to understand quality requirements and align on goals internally and with the customer.

Manage outbound communications to customers—Failure Analysis/8D, Change Notifications, and monthly or quarterly performance reports—to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.

Create and maintain a system to track customers’ quality‑related requirements across global teams.

Drive solutions that deliver consistent results and sustainable customer satisfaction impact.

Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline with 10+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years. Master’s in Business or Engineering is a plus.

Semiconductor memory or closely related industry experience.

Experience in a B2B customer‑facing role supporting highly technical content.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Excellent writing skills—able to edit, clarify, and consolidate customer expectations and report on short timelines.

Experience with DRAM or other high‑performance memory IC design, application, test, or product engineering.

Knowledge of platform design related to memory controller or memory channel and interface.

Experience with advanced component packaging for high‑speed interface.

Semiconductor component quality and reliability expertise.

Location Daily onsite presence at our San Jose Headquarters with 20‑30% travel.
