The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives that integrate business systems, data analytics, and sales processes across the organization. This role partners with Sales, IT, Finance, and other business units to ensure technology and process improvements are adopted with strong stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end projects related to ERP, CRM, analytics, AI, and sales process optimization under the direction of the SVP. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success measures with business stakeholders. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery. Allocate resources and provide teams with tools and support to succeed. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Partner with Sales leaders and VP Operations to align CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CE) processes, reporting, and adoption. Facilitate training and change management to drive adoption of new processes. Track and report progress, highlighting wins and risks to senior leadership. Standardize project management practices across the Business Systems team. Implement process improvements that increase efficiency and adoption. Support AI/analytics initiatives for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales accountability. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred. 7+ years of project management experience leading large, cross‑functional initiatives, preferably involving ERP/CRM systems. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM) and ERP platforms (Dynamics GP preferred). Experience with data analytics, BI tools (Power BI), and AI/ML adoption in a business context. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with senior executives and diverse teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Physical Demands
