Role Overview We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager in the Dallas market. This role focuses on expanding our current team and client base, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored staffing and consulting solutions for target accounts within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth in mid‑market or enterprise segments.

Build and manage a robust pipeline of staff augmentation and professional services (managed/building technical teams for customer engagements) opportunities by leveraging professional networks.

Engage senior decision‑makers through in‑person meetings, attending industry‑specific conferences, and participating in regional networking groups.

Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue and gross profit targets for individual and team goals.

Identify, hire, and develop Account Executives as the team hits goals to continue growth in the region. Must have a strong desire to mentor and manage others, while selling individually.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery to customers.

Qualifications

A minimum of seven years of experience in building teams (project or professional services) and staff augmentation sales, with a proven track record in hitting financial targets. Must have experience in the industry and live in Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

A minimum of three years managing other sales professionals in the market and a proven track record of developing other salespeople in the market.

Understanding of Methodologies and Technologies, including the following:

Product, Digital and Agile Transformations

Customer Experience and Contact Center Transformations

Data, Cloud and AI Engineering

Cybersecurity and Risk

Platforms and Enterprise Solutions – Workday, ServiceNow

Strong network of qualified buyers and decision‑makers within market.

Demonstrated success in strategic selling and account penetration by individual and team they managed.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
