Job Overview – Assistant Treasurer Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000/year + bonus

Location: Delaware County, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring an Assistant Treasurer for our client in Delaware County, PA (Hybrid). This role leads treasury operations, liquidity, and capital markets strategy while supporting financing, M&A, and investor relations. You will manage debt issuance, cash flow forecasting, and treasury systems such as SAP and Kyriba, while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. Public/SEC company experience and expertise in global cash and risk management are required.

Responsibilities as the Assistant Treasurer

Capital Markets & Financing:

Oversee debt issuance, refinancing, and liability management while driving strategies to optimize capital structure and cost of capital.

Liquidity & Forecasting:

Lead cash flow forecasting across multiple time horizons, monitor daily liquidity, and ensure adequate funding for operational and strategic needs.

Risk Management:

Manage interest rate, FX, and commodity exposures, and oversee investment of excess cash within established policies.

Investor & Lender Relations:

Maintain relationships with banks, rating agencies, and investors, preparing materials for presentations and communications.

Strategic & Compliance Support:

Provide treasury analysis for M&A and capital projects, ensure covenant compliance, and uphold treasury policies and internal controls.

Qualifications for the Assistant Treasurer

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required (MBA, CPA, or CTP preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 10 years in corporate treasury with at least 5 years in management, including required experience in a public SEC‑reporting company.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in SAP, Treasury Workstations (Kyriba, GTreasury), and financial modeling.

Industry Knowledge:

Expertise in cash forecasting, debt structuring, risk management, and capital markets.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with high attention to detail; proactive and adaptable in dynamic environments.
