About the Role:
Job Title:
System Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Gathers and documents solution requirements. Documents user story creation and backlog grooming results in an agile environment.
Supports application configuration (i.e. create attributes, workflows and UI changes) in support of solution delivery initiatives.
Provides 24*7 global support of critical systems.
Primary focus on system support, working trouble tickets and escalating to teammates according to priority and required expertise queue, completing resolution within SLA.
Effective interaction with business partners, responding quickly and thoroughly to issues and requests.
Provides constructive input and perspective to team conversations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to support successful outcomes in projects and activities.
Basic understanding of systems development concepts.
Ability to use knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to support the design and deployment of global technology solutions.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $90,000 - $95,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, long‑term disability insurance, short‑term disability insurance, and 5 personal days accrued each calendar year. The Paid time off benefits meets the paid sick and safe time laws that pertain to the City/ State, 10-15 days of paid vacation time, 6 paid holidays, and 1 floating holiday per calendar year, Ascendion Learning Management System.
