Southcoast Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Shoulder/Elbow surgeon to join our esteemed Orthopedic team consisting of 15 Physicians supported by 12 Advanced Practice Practitioners. Perform complex surgical interventions for various conditions. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Utilize state-of-the-art surgical techniques and technologies to optimize patient outcomes and minimize risk. Qualifications
Medical degree from an accredited institution. Board certification/eligibility Fellowship trained Current state medical license and DEA registration. Demonstrated clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills. Benefits
Competitive salary with productivity-based incentives. Comprehensive benefits package including: 41 days PTO and 6% match on retirement after 2 years. Malpractice coverage of $2M / $6M.
