As our new Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be at the heart of our operations. You are the crucial link that connects our suppliers, our production teams, and our customers, ensuring a seamless flow of materials and products that keeps our business moving forward.

Your dedication will ensure our teams have the parts they need to create quality products and that our customers receive their orders on time, every time. You won't just be moving boxes; you'll be making a tangible impact on our success and delivering on our promises.

This role offers a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and sense of urgency will directly contribute to a clean, safe, and highly efficient warehouse team.

What You'll Be Doing

You will manage the full lifecycle of our products, from orchestrating

inbound deliveries

of parts from suppliers to coordinating the

shipment

of finished goods to customers.

You'll ensure accuracy and quality by verifying incoming materials against packing slips and inputting precise data into our

ERP system

.

You will be a central point of communication, collaborating with suppliers, production teams, and customer service to provide timely updates on material status.

You'll prepare and consolidate customer orders for shipment, using

FedEx and UPS software

to ensure everything is labeled and documented correctly.

You will contribute to a culture of teamwork and safety by maintaining a clean, organized work area and actively helping your colleagues in the warehouse.

What We're Looking For

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience.

Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and comfort using computer systems, including

Microsoft Outlook

,

Excel

, and an

ERP System

.

Ability to handle the physical demands of a warehouse, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. A

Forklift Certification

(or the ability to obtain one within 90 days) is required.
