Senior Creative AI Producer, Ring & Blink Marketing Ring & Blink marketing is seeking an AI specialist to serve as a Sr. Creative AI Producer to help manage and implement AI tools and workstreams for video campaigns and other deliverables.

Key Job Responsibilities

Onboard additional AI production tools in order to elevate work quality and drive efficiency

Create content and elements from various AI tools for implementation to assets

Champion novel AI solutions to the broader marketing organization

Develop and execute project scopes, timelines, budgets, and staffing plans of TV, web, and radio advertising content

Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external teams from concept through creation

Contribute to the strategic vision and have ownership of the final product's quality

Source and evaluate quality vendors who can elevate the work

Bid and negotiate with vendors for all aspects of TV production, editorial, post, and music

Collaborate with legal, talent, and music vendors on all financial and licensing matters

Understand and successfully navigate the bid process

Have basic knowledge of AICP, AICE, SAG, and AFTRA

Provide clear communication of project statuses to internal teams and any third‑party vendors

Determine a project’s risk on an ongoing basis and elevate issues as needed

Initiate vendor paperwork (including NDAs, request for new contracts, new vendor paperwork, advance requests, etc.) and manage invoice process

Serve as a guide in brainstorms to ensure ideas proposed are executable

About the Team Our job is to create interest in Ring and Blink products through clear, concise content and campaigns. The Production team consists of project managers, producers, editors, and motion graphic designers and is an interdisciplinary mix of marketing enthusiasts who take pride in their work.

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in‑house creative team experience

Bachelor’s degree

Experience with AI/ML technologies

Have at least two creative materials for Amazon to review (in any format, e.g., website, PDF, slide deck)

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote

Experience developing cross‑functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions

Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery

Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies, and freelancers)

Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives

Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
