Comprehensive Otolaryngologist
Rush Copley Medical Center, a campus of Rush University System for Health, is inviting applications for the position of Comprehensive Otolaryngologist. This position will be based primarily at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, Illinois.
The Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Rush is seeking a general otolaryngologist to join our expanding clinical team. This position offers the opportunity to build a broad, community‑based practice encompassing the full spectrum of otolaryngologic care, including sinonasal disorders, allergy, pediatric ENT, head and neck, and sleep surgery.
Position Highlights
Practice Growth: Establish and grow a high‑quality, full‑spectrum otolaryngology practice at a busy community medical center.
Community‑Focused Care: Provide comprehensive ENT services to a diverse patient population in the fast‑growing Fox Valley region.
Integrated Health System: Enjoy academic support, subspecialty collaboration, and system‑wide initiatives through Rush University System for Health.
Academic Engagement: Opportunities to teach medical students and residents and participate in departmental educational programs and quality initiatives.
Team Environment: Join a collegial and supportive department of 21 otolaryngologists, 9 APPs, and 10 audiologists across the Rush System, including subspecialty experts.
Candidate Qualifications
MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree.
Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
Strong clinical skills in general/comprehensive otolaryngology.
Fellowship training is not required.
Commitment to patient‑centered, high‑quality care.
Pay Range :
$450,000 - $675,000 (TCC). Competitive total compensation includes base pay, benefits, and incentive programs. Sign‑on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances may apply.
