# Head of Marketing F/H* CDI* MASSY (91300)* 27 octobre 2025## MissionAs part of our strong growth ambitions, we are looking for a Head of Marketing (M/F) to join us!As Head of Marketing at iObeya, you will contribute to the company’s growth strategy with a strong focus on generating qualified leads. You will lead a team of six and ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams. Your role is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong data-driven, SEO/SEA, and multichannel go-to-market orientation. Your main responsibilities include :### Strategy (with the CEO and the Executive Team):* Co-develop the global marketing strategy in line with the company’s growth objectives.* Contribute to brand and product positioning.* Define and manage the marketing budget.### Marketing Plan Development and Execution:* Define and drive strategies for lead acquisition, partner acquisition, and customer expansion.* Design, deploy, oversee, and continuously optimize multichannel and ABM campaigns (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Content, Events, Webinars).* Implement data-driven tools and processes: KPIs, ROI, CAC, lead attribution.* Lead targeted marketing actions for the B2B SaaS segment, specifically within the industrial sector.* Manage the marketing budget, external providers (freelancers, agencies), and automation tools.* Oversee content strategy and ensure consistency with market positioning.* Drive website evolution to ensure an effective customer journey.### Management & Cross-functional Leadership:* Coordinate and supervise all international marketing operations (mainly Europe and the U.S.).* Lead, structure, and develop a six-person marketing team, including a creative studio.* Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure strategic alignment.## Profil recherché### This position is ideal for a candidate who…### *** Has at least 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in growth marketing and lead generation. * Masters SaaS go-to-market strategies with a multichannel ABM approach, including inbound, SEO/SEA, events, social media, and content marketing. * Possesses excellent writing skills in both French and English. * Has a solid understanding of the U.S. market. * Is a proven team leader, capable of motivating and developing their team. * Is fluent in English, both written and spoken. * Is structured, strategic, rigorous, and hands-on — able to move seamlessly from vision to execution. * (Bonus) Has knowledge of Lean, Operational Excellence, and Manufacturing / Industry 4.0.**### What comes with your offer:### *** Company equity participation * 100% health insurance coverage * 2 days of remote work per week * Snacks, drinks, and fruit available at the office * Team bonding moments: afterworks, summer and end-of-year events * A people-first company culture based on collaboration and transparency**### Recruitment process:### * First video interview with the HR team – 45 min * On-site interview with Cyril Daloz, CEO – 60 min * Practical Case #J-18808-Ljbffr
