CDL Driver's day usually begins around 7:00 AM sometimes earlier and ends at approximately 4:30 PM generally no weekend work (hours may vary by location). Responsibilities Live the mission statement Act as a front-line Lansing representative while providing outstanding customer service Split time between making deliveries and working in the warehouse Use a moffett forklift to make deliveries Interact with customers and/or crews at job sites Provide exceptional service to each Lansing customer and continuously strive to improve that level of service Keep the warehouse clean and orderly This is a "get-the-job-done" kind of position; you may be asked to perform other functions not specifically addressed in this posting, such as cycle counts, inventory, inside sales, etc.
Qualifications
CDL B (or A) license is required Clean driving record Moffett forklift experience Ability to work independently with efficiency and focus and to work as a contributing member of a larger team Ability and willingness to lift boxes weighing up to 70 pounds Experience with building products is very helpful Strong customer service skills, high integrity, and a positive attitude At least one year of driving experience Forklift certification and experience with a piggyback truck DRV123
