Why Assembled Join a special group of people who learned the ropes at companies like Stripe, Google, Airbnb, and more. We’re a fast‑growing, empathy‑driven team that encourages transparent communication, bias toward action, and open disagreements (without the ego). All Assemblers are encouraged to act like owners, and our compensation packages reflect that. Between competitive equity, comprehensive health coverage, 401(k), monthly stipends for wellness and learning, catered lunches, and more, we take care of our team in big and small ways. Most importantly, you will be building for the teams who are quietly carrying their companies each day—and for the customers who just want answers. Your work will directly impact how millions of customer interactions happen every day.
