We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and support all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who can balance organizational goals with employee engagement, compliance, and development. This role requires a strong communicator with expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policy implementation. The HR Manager will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR processes align with business objectives.
Position Responsibilities Employee Relations and Engagement Build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Address employee concerns promptly and professionally to ensure fair and consistent resolutions.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
Talent Acquisition and Development Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates.
Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
Implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
HR Compliance and Policy Management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Review, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to reflect organizational needs.
Oversee performance management and compensation review processes.
Strategic HR Leadership Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Use data and analytics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
Support organizational change initiatives through effective communication and transition planning.
Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
Prerequisites Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance standards, and best practices.
Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required) SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Certification
OSHA or Safety Certification
