About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Cybersecurity to take on a senior leadership role in the development and execution of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the protection of digital assets, customer data, and critical infrastructure across a diverse portfolio of venues, platforms, and services. This includes defining and implementing security measures that align with business objectives, serving as the primary advisor on cybersecurity risks to executive leadership, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The VP will also lead a team of security professionals, oversee security operations, and promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. Candidates for the Vice President, Cybersecurity position at the company should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field, with industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or GIAC strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The role demands a proven track record in building and scaling security programs, particularly in complex, multi-site, customer-facing environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security architecture, cloud security, endpoint protection, and secure software development practices, as well as hands-on experience with various security technologies and tools. Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to align security initiatives with business objectives and manage large-scale security budgets and vendor relationships.
