Some of your responsibilities include the following:
- Project manager who has experience managing projects in the commercial, academic, and life sciences sector with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
- Experience being the prime consultant and managing outside sub-consultants such as architects, structural, civil engineers, and owners.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal engineering departments, architects and contractors
- Experience writing proposals, estimating A/E fees, and presenting qualifications of teams.
- Management of schedule and budgets for a multitude of projects
- Responsible for client communications
- Should have a knowledge of technical terms and be able to have a good rapport with outside partners
- Manages QC and deliverables as well as deadlines
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Master’s & PE license
- Commitment to sustainability
- Fluency in MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook and cloud tools. Strong communication and computer skills are required.
- Working knowledge of BIM and Revit
- The candidate will have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
- Prior experience in project managing projects in an E or A or A/E consulting firm is necessary.

The compensation that we expect to pay for this position is commensurate with years of experience, professional licensure, geographic location, years of experience, and education, but our total rewards package should fall between $155,000 to $195,000.00 annually.
